The RAP ID field is intended for RAP team members only.

If you are not a RAP team member, DO NOT enter a RAP ID.

The RAP ID format is RAP-##-####. The first two numbers represent your RAP region (region 00 thru region 08). The last four numbers represent the last four digits of your social security number.

The following is an example RAP ID:

RAP-08-1234

In this example, the RAP team member belongs to RAP region 08 and the last four digits of his or her social security number is 1234.

The COOP ID field is intended for all DOE employees taking required COOP courses. Entering a COOP ID will allow your COOP coordinator to track your COOP course completions.

The COOP ID format is COOP-###-####. The first three numbers represent your COOP site (view the "COOP Sites/Offices " table below to find your COOP site). The last four numbers represent the last four digits of your social security number.

The ERDS ID is intended for CM personnel.

Please enter your six digit ERDS ID number.

The CHRIS ID is intended for all DOE Federal employees.

Please enter your CHRIS Employee ID.  If you are a contractor or detailee from another DOE subagency or federal agency, please use your DOE Sponsor’s Employee ID.
